Please Help, My android tablet wont fully turn on!!

My android tablet will power on, but after the little green guy goes away it goes to the screen where is only says android and it flashes through the letters. After a couple times it wil stop flasing in between the d & the r. Then keeps doing that. After a while of that, it justs restarts.. What Do I Do? ;-;

Its an iview-760TPC CyPad. At least thats what the back says.
d it for over a year now, so its kinda old, but thus is its first problem.
It was in stock.

Sorry... Not familiar. There isn't much info on XDA either. It seems like it was a very cheap tablet. It may have just crapped out on you.

All I can suggest is holding down the power and volume up (or down?) button for 30 seconds (or a combination of any of the home/power/volume) buttons on the device. See if one of those combinations will reset it. Plug it in too.

That's the best I can think of.
