WIFI question

I finally got my wifi working at home. When at home and with wifi on on my HTC Aria, should I turn off 3g to save battery life or will it not be using the 3g when wifi is on? Thanks.

Your second answer. It auto switches to wifi and ignores the 3g. Much less power use, and faster as well.
