How do I get into voice mail if I forgot my password or didn't assign one when I set it up?

I'm new to the Samsung Galaxy Centura. Set up voice mail before I knew what i was doing, but don't remember giving a password and now I can't get into my voice mail to retrieve messages. How can I get my password or assign a new password if i didn't set one up? Thank you.

That's an American Movil phone, right? (Straight Talk, Tracfone, Net10.) Call tech support and ask them to reset it for you. Then, once you know the password, you can call it and change it again if you don't trust them.
