What does "bug report captured" mean, and why should it be shared?

I don't want to mindlessly share a "bug report", when I have no idea what it is. I first thought it might be some virus, so I have never clicked on it. I only delete it.

A bug report would sent OS information back to whoever designed it. Usually this is a feature in custom ROMs. What device do you have?
