help with nexus one white screen

I am not sure this is the correct thread but here is my question I have a tmobile nexus one on att and want a att version and someone is selling one really cheap with cracked screen and goes white and wonder if that issue sound like something replacing the screen and lcd would fix or other hardware issue. If Anyone thinks this can easily be fixed let me know i could get it for like 60-70 dollars and wouldnt mind paying to get new screen and just sell my tmobile 3g nexus to come out not lossing
