How can I fix my touch screen, it is completely unresponsive?

I have a Samsung g360p and the touch screen is completely unresponsive, I cannot do anything at all. I removed and replaced the battery and did a hard reset but neither worked. Help!!!

From what I can tell the phone isn't that old since it came out last year. You should still be within the mfg warranty. Did it get wet, dropped or anything that could cause the display to die? If not I would get it swapped under warranty by Sprint or Samsung.
