Can please someone help me? I need to get files off my broken phone.

I dropped my GS3, at first the touch screen wouldn't work so I turned it off, then everything went blue and now the screen in black, it still turns on but the screen stays black and I can still hear the start up sounds.

I have tried Kies, Smart Switch and Recover for Android and nothing has worked, they all require me to unlock the phone, i don't have a USB mouse.

Can someone please help me?

Hi and welcome to Android central.

Not sounding good unfortunately. When you let your phone boot can you guess where the pin was and get it in, maybe the digitizer still works.

Okay Thanks, I'll have a look but i know for sure that the digitizer is broken so I'm in the process of purchasing a OTG.
