Samsung Transform - SD card help

Hi all. Searched for my question but found no answers. Hoping someone can help out. Had my Transform reset today (stupid..stupid...lost all my calendar entries) and for the life of me can't figure out how to transfer stuff from my SD card to the phone. For example, I had some ringtones that didn't get saved in the ringtone folder of the phone but rather the SD card, and I can't figure out how to access them anymore. Thanks for any help you can give!

You can use a file manager like Astro form the market. Just copy it form the SD card into the right folder on your phone.
