Wiko Wax "Type password to decrypt storage"

Hi everyone,

I have a Wiko Wax and this morning after battery drained out it gave me this screen message "Type password to decrypt storage". I have removed memory and SIM cards and still doesn´t work. I tried pressing volume up and down and power buttons simultaneously, it either takes pics of the screen or it lets me to the reboot menu where I can't select option 9, which is exactly the delete data option, the option can´t be selected. How do I solve this without sending my phone to the brand for possibly weeks? I don't have another phone =/ Anyone, please??

Welcome to Android Central! Did you ever encrypt the phone? If not, then this is a glitch I've seen mentioned on some Blu phones as well. I'm not sure if you have any good options here. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer for support?
