Google play- Insufficient Memory but my memory if fine

my phone has 120 MB free and i'm trying to DL an app that's only 49 Mb but google play always says insufficient memory. it happened with all the apps i tried to DL.

You may just need to clear some caches. You can try just restarting your device, this usually clears caches or you can go in manually and do this in your app manager. Some devices may still have this option in the memory settings too. You should also be able to few up some memory by deleting sms and mms messages you're holding onto. A few hundred is probably no big deal but a few thousand that's a different story.
