Is there a way to set a default start page for any browser on an Android?

I have very little data on my plan and don't use my phone a lot for internet so wondered if it's possible to set my START page to Google, for example.

Every thread I find about Chrome, those settings aren't there any more.

Can't find any for Firefox.

Can't find any for the default browser.

I just want the browser to start up EVERY SINGLE TIME with the blank Google search page rather than reloading the last tab I was in.

Atlas allows you to set the home page (in Settings) in the about:[url of the page without brackets here] format.

I have been using Dolphin for a few years and it is available on it.
Very good browser.

I do not want to set a HOME PAGE. I want to set a START PAGE so the browser starts with this page no matter what I'm looking at when I exit.

I use Dolphin for that. It starts with Facebook for me.
