I bought a new WIndows 10 Samsung Galaxy TabPro s and I want it to Dual Boot Android

I have tried creating a new partition, downloading Marshmallow ROM and installing it on a usbstick for a boot drive. I think it might be something with Samsung's BIOs settings. Any help?

It's the BIOS setup. Search the internet for dual boot. You have to make a couple of changes. (I don't remember them, it was months ago, and I've had a stroke since then, so some things are still gone.)
