Unrooted device, usb debugging disabled, broken screen. No hope ??

Hi

Phone : Samsung galaxy s3 i9305
O.S : Android 4.4.4

- Unrooted device
- Usb debugging disabled
- Broken and unresponsive screen
- Locked screen

Screen is broken but phone is coming online and is detected by Windows and Ubuntu. Pictures were on SD card so i didn't loose them, the problem is that i lost all my contacts and there is not existing export on a .vcf file or a synchronised copy on my google account. A tool such as adt won't work unless usb debugging is enabled on phone, so no possible adb pull of contacts.db file.

The only way i see to solve my problem is to buy a new screen in order to take control on my phone. Do you see any others ?
