My 360 camera cannot connect to the phone. The fan has no response. The LED is blue. Updates failed! I have tried to clear the cached data and log in the safe mode. Do not work! What is more, the LED is off even when I attach it to the phone sometimes. Their customer service is so bad! The reply is so slow! What should I do?
