Can I block the Play Store from installing via PC?

I have an app that can block apps on the phone itself. The play store is blocked, though apps can still update. Is there a way to block installs from a PC accessing the play store? I can't think of one, short of changing the password on the google account, which I think would mean that the email is inaccessible.

Or can I change the associated email account on the phone, to another one? How would I do that?

Thanks.

If you change the password on the Google account, just change it in the email account (usually by deleting the account first, changing the Google password, then adding the email account to the email app as an existing account. [It will download whatever you have it set for - usually the past 2 weeks of email.])

And in the future, don't give your Google password to anyone you wouldn't trust with your bank account and credit card. Don't use the same password on more than one site one in one app. Use a password app (I use Keepass2Android Password Safe - you can keep the file in the cloud so you can use it from any of your devices - and it's free). And use a different password, at least 15 characters long (I use at least 16, sometimes as many as 50 - the longer it is, the less chance that a hacker will get into the account). And all you have to remember is one password - for the password app. (The app generates random passwords for you if you like.)

Sorry, I don't understand. I don't know at all how to delete an account without ruining the email account. As far as I know, Google thinks of it as one account with about 20 functions. I don't know the process you mean.

Also, I've discovered that the phone settings at Settings - Google - Google Account allows me to choose the other two Google accounts that it knows the emails for.

Come to think of it, this might be the wrong thing. It doesn't seem to be changing the account that is used for the overall sign in. But the point remains that even if I could change the account that is used for backup, and to send the phone apps from the web Play Store, I could just change it back. Is there any way out of this? To put it another way, to illustrate the point, how do you give a teen a smartphone that isn't a porn portal, if the teen can use Google to find out how to change the Play Store account to install any app he wants? Is there some way to lock down all methods of installing apps on an Android connected device?
