How to clear or change the suggested share options

Hello. I am running Android version 9 on a Galaxy Note 8. When I try to share a photo from the gallery, the Share screen pops up with 3 sections: the top section says "Share large files" and Smartview, the 2nd section shows a few contacts (3 of which I cant event find anywhere on my phone), and the bottom where I can pick which app I want to share with. How do I remove or clear the 2nd section? See screenshot here.
