No, my kid's N4 only runs on WiFi and he got the update. I am still waiting for it, but probably won't install it until I'm sure I can still tether on ST-ATT.

Haven't got mine as well. Does it need a SIM card to be able to update OTA? Mine is now on WiFi only, could that be the reason it didn't update yet?

It downloaded to both my Nexus 4 and 7 over night sometime. Not upgrading yet though because of how it breaks flash and disables tethering for some T-Mobile plans.

Just got it. To think it would be on the same day I got news my n5 was coming early...

Did you force close it before flushing the cache or just flush the cache? TIA

I did the force close first IIRC, then flushed the cache. At that point I rebooted and the update was available.

So then I wiped my phone, and the 4.3 -> 4.4 upgrade, and I've since done another re-wipe with 4.4 and all is very smooth sailing.

Got the OTA last night. Running OK. Only thing I notice different is my status bars for WiFi and data and the battery indicator stay white instead of blue.

It's a nice little upgrade. It adds a lot of little small little tweaks. The biggest change is to the phone app, wow it looks different.
