Edit : with screenshot of build number... Apparently it's new one KRT16S..

You should had used logcat to get the OTA link.
PS. This update feels even smoother than before (with ART), but it also messed up my Google Launcher making the Search bar looking huge.

The old one apparently was only released as an image downloadable from the Android website, and not as an OTA.

Yes it does. It checks the refresh rate of notorious apps... I found it really useful..
