Hello Tako,

The phone has what Motorola labels a "ring" flash, which is actually two separate LED's set into the ring around the camera lens; it works quite well. The phone's "HDR+" mode doesn't use the flash, but still does very well in low light situations. There are a number of examples of low light photos on the first page of this thread taken in this mode.

There is an option in the camera's menu to switch between the front and rear cameras. While the rear (main) camera does very well, the front isn't anything special, and should really only be used for video calling or 'selfies.'

Unfortunately you can not buy it directly from Motorola or Google, from Georgia*. Sorry I cannot suggest a specific seller; you may have to search for a reseller. But make sure that when you do find one, they are selling the version of the phone which will work best for you in Georgia.

If this wiki is correct, the cellular networks there run on GSM 900 and 1800 and UMTS 2100. Normally I would suggest the "global" version of the Nexus 6 (XT1100), but it does not support the UMTS 2100 band; the "US" version of the Nexus 6 (XT1103) does support that all three bands listed, and may be a better option, if you can get it. yeah I've found that the HDR+ in lowlight is pretty good - much better than using the flash
