Verizon vs Unlocked Nexus 6 update question

Assuming that if I get the vzw version, I'll have to wait for vzw to bless the os updates before getting pushed to the phone? where the unlocked version can be updated as soon as new os updates are published?

How easy is it to bypass the verizon os update stuff and load up the latest as soon as it's available?

As I readed about Nexus 6 from VZW, it hasn't VZW bloatware and other crap. And updated come same as other Nexus international or unlocked versions. VZW doesn't do with this.

Actually, my question is now moot, since I've just realized verizon only carries the 32GB. Definitely going with the unlocked 64GB.

Same exact model, just a verizon tramp stamp on the back. If you want the update ota you'll have to wait on vzw, but you can just flash the image from google as soon as its posted.

I have a non VZ branded nexus 6 and VZ sim. Already on the latest google build. Feels like OTA updates get to me as fast as can be. Happy camper and no need to flash. AWESOME
