Might of found how to force the OTA update

So I have two Nexus 7's, each one has its own account. One of them got the update the other did not. I logged out of both and factory reset them. The update stayed on the one that already updated so I logged in my other account that had not received it. The one that did not have the update I logged in with the email that got pushed the update. As soon as I logged in the OTA came through. So if you know some who already has the update you might be able to just have them log in on your device for the update. Just thought I would share.
