The glass on my Nexus 7 (16g) is cracked and the device is malfunctioning. Asus says I need to back up the device before sending it to them for repair.
But what is the best way to do that?
I connected the N7 to my desktop and copied everything in internal storage to a folder. When I get the device back, how do I use that to restore my device?
Basically, what I am asking is what is the best strategy for backing a crippled device that will allow me to get it back to something close to the condition it was in before the damage.
Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated, since I am kinda desperate.
