Assistant now speaking with American accent... horrified!

Overnight something updated and it all looks and works differently (and better), but how do I make it speak with an English accent again? I've gone into Assistant settings and it says English UK but still sounds American.

Do ALL of the Assistant voices sound that way?? If so, maybe it IS all in your head!!
