R, roaming?

A few days a go I noticed a little "R" icon up over by the signal strength meter on my Pixel 2XL, it hasn't been there before, and my phone as far as I can tell isn't on roaming...I wonder if it could be connected to the California fires somehow? We had power cut for 2 days and I'm curious if that reset possibly affected Verizon service?

A while back I also had an R. Then, I was a part of the Android 10 beta testing. It never affected my Verizon bill or phone calls. Eventually, it disappeared.

Apps
Show system
Phone Services
Clear cache
Clear storage
Restart phone

I appreciate the suggestion, however the issue resolved itself when I downloaded and applied the Nov. security patch. Thanks for all the help everyone!
