Do Not Disturb

Have a 4xl, everytime the phone comes thru, do not disturb turns on by itself so I am unaware of the call. Have no schedules for and cant figure out what might be causing this. Any way to remove the option for and?

Hi there. Thanks for asking. Have you tried the phone in safe mode to see if it happens then?

The process for turning on Safe mode is as follows:

Press and hold the Power button.

Tap and hold Power off.

When the Reboot to safe modeprompt appears, tap again or tap OK.

Your device will then restart and it will say “Safe mode” in the bottom-left corner.

Is Do Not Disturb definitely on, or could it be that the phone is going to Vibrate Only (and you're not feeling it vibrate)?
