Will not factory reset from boot loader....

Hello everybody..!

I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

A regular problem I've been facing has been to reboot on startup. Most times when it loaded the UI and less often on load screen.

Each time I would hard reset my phone (either from menu or bootloader) and the problem would be fixed.

Here is what I'm facing now...

1) Phone won't stay on for long, so that I can use the menu.
2) Hard rest from bootloader will not wipe anything and the problem will persist.

Any ideas?

Having exactly the same problem.....

Tried ODIN to reset and it FAILED.

Tried flash-all from fastboot and it takes a long time but appears to work but phone remains in it's exact state.....

I can't do anything to the phone! Seems like it's running "deep freeze"!!
