phone wont charge

My phone was plugged in all day and all night. I had it off and later, on in airplwne mode, as well as in regular mode with all radios off.
It started at 30%, went down to 27%, then went up to 33% over three hours. Over night it was plugged in and off. It is now down to 6%.

Second time this has happened...

The battery iconn is moving and the light is on red indicating that it is receiving charge.

This is the stock battery that has not been used for one month since I've been using the Seidio extended battery.

Did it die in storage, bad charger, bad micro connection?

Also, have you tried a different charge cable? I bent the pins on one of mine and it stopped working.

Is your phone rooted?

If so, have you tried the battery calibration?

also, cable is good. Sprint store said it was a bum battery. they ordered me a new one. thank you for the help.
they hard reset the phone and that fixed the green photos so far.

So it has been confirmed bad battery? or they said that and ordered you one and your hoping to get it and test it?
For Li-Ion batteries, letting them go dead is bad. If you used it and let it go dead, then swapped to the seidio battery and let the stock stay dead for a while that can cuase them to go bad.
