Htc evo 3d is lock, I have no idea how to unlock it. Help please...

My phone turn off completely one day and since then it wont turn back on. I know the battery is charge so when I turn on the phone it just says htc and turns back off, and does this repeatedly. When I did the hold the power and the down volume, at the top it says its lock. I have no idea what to do. I tried to factory reset it but nothing. Help please

So you are sure you did not tamper with it correct?

I don't think I did anything to it. I never installed any kind of things. It just turn off one day.
