Mandatory Voicemail update and other questions..

I just got this Mandatory Voicemail update on my phone yesterday and I tried to download it, it downloads and then when I go to install it, it says Did not Install Application. I have no idea what's going on and why it won't install.

Also, I have a quick question about Gingerbread.. When it comes out, is someone going to root it so that rooted users can install it onto their phone?

If you're rooted you might need to go to the hacks section and download the version that beezy posted.

I'm sure someone will port Gingerbread over (or root it if the EVO gets it) when it comes out.
