No Data connection in 4G

I travel to quite a few 4G markets. Lately, when I turn on the 4G and get connected, I do not have a data connection many times and have to go back to 3G for email, web, etc. It appears that I have a very solid 4G connection with lots of signal, but sure can not use the speed as only 3G works for the data link.

has anyone else had this experience? trying to figure out if it is just a Sprint network issue or do I go to my Sprint store and try and convince them it is happening.... we know it will work while in the store

Its not sprint nework issue....I have almost constanct 4g in my area,,,,and I have access to all my data features......check ur settings and make sure ur connected all the way around

Try turning off the data roam guard under mobile network in your settings.

also certain dont recognize 4g as a data source, so is it every program doesnt work or just some?
