HTC One TV App only works on some channels

Okay, so I have this problem with the TV App. I have a Virgin Media box made by Samsung and the app pairs up and works, fine. Only problem being, if I want to watch something on a channel which has a double consecutive number in it, it's transmitting the pulses too fast and only one is received.

For example:

The Professionals (my early morning indulgence) is on channel 118. If I press 'the Professionals' on 'recommended' all the receiver gets is 18, not 118. If I switch to the TV App keypad I can select it OK, as long as I wait for a second before re-pressing the 1 button.

Anyone else got this problem? It has happened on at least 3 versions of the app and two M7s now.

Don't know about Virgin cable, but everything I've set works like a charm. My cable box uses 4 digits without any problems.

I have "created" remotes for others devices and they work fine.

Maybe you should set one up manually for your set top box, it might send the signal slower.
