When trying to watch video's on my HTC One (You Tube and others), the video pauses and buffers every 10-15 seconds. Tried to uninstall You Tube and also downloaded MX Player from the Play Store without success. Does anyone have a solution to resolve this issue??

Is it your data connection? What carrier are you on?

That's because of your Internet connection speed isn't fast enough to buffer.
Try changing YouTube settings to not use hd on video. It may work

I having the same problem streaming radio on my new HTC One. I'm with Verizon. WiFi works fine, but constant buffering with 4G LTE network connection, which is very strange since I had no issues with my old Verizon 3G Droid in the exact same locations (at home, at work and everywhere in between). Could it be an HTC software bug?

If your wifi is fine? It t could be
Because of the qos of your lte
Connection. Although you have
Good data speeds? If you have poor qos with lots of data packet
loss YouTube will buffer quite frequently.
