How can I install original OS on Android HTC One M7?

Hi all,

My HTC One is not booting normally. I accidentally wiped OS and data from it, with TWRP. Computer (windows 8) can't see the phone when it is plugged in.

Phone says tampered and unlocked when on bootloader.
When rebooting in TWRP, it says that my phone looks unrooted. TWRP gives me the option of installing SU to root my phone, but I still have that option after a reboot.

I tried to install a ROM using USB-OTG. I enabled mount on USB-OTG, then I tried to install the .zip ROM. Installer says it fails to open the .zip file.

Help is appreciated, as I can't use my cellphone at all right now.

Go on ebay and look for a JTAG service that does the HTC One. Or find a zip file you can install from TWRP from OTG - most of them are made to install from the SD card - which you don't have. (The SD card mounts differently than a card on OTG.)

Update:

- Downloaded fastboot on a windows 7 computer
- I successfully flashed TWRP 2.8.0.1 on my phone (which is S-On)
- ROM is inside Fastboot folder (named rom.zip)
- Computer recognizes phone before starting ADB Sideload
- Starting ADB Sideload loses the device on my computer, and the command "adb sideload rom.zip" gives the error "device not found".

Any ideas? Help is really appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: next step that I haven't tried yet: installing ROM with usb-otg cable with TWRP 2.8.0.1
