Issue with text on HTC ONE X - Help?

I had used an iPhone 5 for about three days... now I'm randomly not getting text messages... and instead they're going to iMessage. I'll get them on my computer, but not on my phone. I even reset the iPhone 5 and made sure none of my stuff was on it.... This is frustrating. :-(

Might be a provisioning problem. Have you called att to make sure they took the iphone off of that line?

Yes, one x is showing on my line and verified everything was correct.


Any other ideas?

Go to: https://daw.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebOb...476572a1b5e5fb3518&path&language=US-EN&view=1
log in with your Apple ID and delete the iPhone from the list.
If that doesn't work sign into iTunes, view your account and de-authorize that phone.
