I need to recover files from my phone, but the touchscreen is broken - Huawei P20 Pro

[Android Central Question]

About half an hour ago, I dropped my phone and now the screen and touch screen are both very damaged. I can see the screen, but the touchscreen is not working. Usually when I transfer files via USB to my computer, I need to press a button on the phone saying to transfer files, however I am unable to do this. USB debugging also seems to be disabled, as HiSuite will not work without it. My phone is a Huawei P20 Pro, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you had it back up , should be ok , can transfer to another Huawei phone from cloud back up.
