Rooted, now what?

ok im new to (hacking) io just rooted my phone at least i think i rooted it. i did see it say S off.

so my question is now what? i heard something about a recovery app but im not sure. just wondering what i need to do to get the wifi tethering and installing custom roms. any one that can help i would really appreciate it
