things to do before sending in phone?

Hi. The replacement for my cracked phone is waiting for me at home. What do I need to do to this guy to preserve my warranty? I is currently S-OFF, clockwork recovery, and custom ROMed. Obviously, I need to S-ON. I figure I need to restore a stock ROM. Does it matter if the one I restore is rooted? And do I need to restore stock recovery meny?

You need to Unroot

Rooting voids your warranty, so obviously you need to unroot. Search the forum for some threads about this, it's not hard to do.
