Hi there anyone who is smarter than me when to comes to this gadget!! I want to access the wifi, although the account is in place and all the other mobile devices in our home can get the internet, my Galaxy started to for about 20 days , then lost it for 8 days then got it back for 20 minutes yesterday. Then lost it again. Galaxy Support said to delete tablet data and restore to factory settings, sounds simple, and it would be if I could only remember my password for the samsung account.
So now I need to know how to get my password back so I can restore to factory settings in the hope I can re-start the wifi again, any other ideas other than that of the tech support team in the USA????
