Why can't I hook up my Bluetooth device anymore?

I recently started having a problem with my Bluetooth headphone. They connect and are found on my phones connected devices, but when I run YouTube or Netflix it just stops the app in it's tracks and I have to force the apps closed. Anyone with any advice please help. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Those apps only malfunction when you're using those headphones? Are the videos pausing, or is the whole app freezing?
