Phone Contact not syncing to Outlook via Kies

Hi,
I have added a contact to my phone that I would like to sync (add) to my Outlook contacts. I am using the latest version of Kies 3. My Galaxy S3 has the latest OS and software patches. The syncing works fine except for the adding of contacts from my Galaxy. As in, contacts added/changed/deleted in Outlook are added/changed/deleted on the phone. Any contacts changed/deleted on the phone are changed/deleted in Outlook. The only issue is with adding contacts on the phone and getting them into Outlook. Any suggestions?
