Is it a hardware or software issue? LG G4.
Noob here. So, I own an LG G4 on Sprint. I find that whenever downloading or updating apps through Google Play the apps stop or pause when the screen is off. Now, I do have the setting that allows the Wifi to run regardless whether the screen is off. I did do a little digging around prior to this post and found some connectivity issues from other users with other phones. So, is this issue a common one? Hardware? Software? Currently running Lollipop 5.1, ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!
