Brand New MICRO SD Not Working

I boaught a brand new 32g Micro SD card i took out the default 4 gig and put the 32 Gig in it says its Damaged, i tried reformatting and does nothing. Then i tried putting my 4 gig back in and it says THATS damaged.

I tried reformatting both and they still dont work.

They are both Kingmax Class 4 HC Micro SD cards.

Are you formatting both with FAT32 file systems? Are you able to try either of the two on another device or format on a computer?
