Why cant i send or recieve picture messages?

Ive had this phone for 2 days, and i love it, except for it wont let me send pics or recieve. I turned on my data. everything looks right. but it still wont send or recieve. I have go sms pro. Idk what else to check. I have wifi and everything. Im confused.

Are you rooted or running a custom ROM? If not, this is probably an issue to call your carrier about.

If you bought it new, the answer is no. Call your carrier and have them fix it up for you.

I had the same problem. Figured out the save issue is to hold press and hold on picture until you see save image. Or is it that the picture isn't showing up?
