I've only had this phone about 5 months, and it's having issues. Today it stopped restarting completely--gets stuck on the Virgin Mobile splash screen. So I factory reset, and now the Quick Translator app won't install (I get unknown error -103) and the voice recorder app is gone, replaced by "com.lge.voicerecorder" and it crashes whenever I try to open it. I was never able to install the LS720V6 update, and now when I try after it fails the phone gets stuck on the splash screen when restarting.
Anything I can do to fix this, or should I beg Virgin to replace it?
