I've tried both to no avail, but you might be on to something. Because when I uninstall any other messaging app and reset network settings, it will let me send 2 or 3 MMS.. but as soon as someone tries to send me one it stops working. It will show me that there's an undelivered message from within the app, but it will never download. If install any 3rd party app it immediately downloads just fine

I can't read that clearly -- is the Service Center Number 12063130004? That's the correct number I found on the T-Mobile support site.

Yep.. the T-Mobile "engineers" can't figure it out either. [Mod redacted]

Excluded from power saving.. thanks for all the help guys. I'm fairly fluent with this stuff. I've been rooting and flashing custom ROMs for years. Who knew that a completely stock device would be the one to have me stumped, especially over something as basic as MMS lol

Can you uninstall the update to it ?

No menu that I can find to do so. But I can't find how to do that on this device at all. On my 6t when you went into "app info" there was a 3 dot menu where you could uninstall updates. I don't see that option on this device. At first I thought this was a simple internet issue. I can function with Google message, I just don't really want to. And now it's a mystery that I can't let go of. Lol

Did both of these. Let's see if that does anything. I'll just have to wait and see if I get any messages... Thank you for all your help
