Can the charger be the problem ?? if it is faulty or some kind of bad shipment ??

try upgrading ot get a new one :P

did you try factory reset or gettin to service/new battery ?

speak clearly and correctly

try installing some app => for ur VGA/HD

try restarting your phone or reinstalling...

i used them both and liked them both :D but note 4 is better anyway
