camera problem

I am using a brand new htc desire 826.suddenly Its camera does not open.Then I reboot my phone,also reset my whole system.but still camera is not openning.so what should I do now??please someone help me.

Welcome to Android Central! After you did the factory reset, did you make sure no apps reinstalled automatically from the Play Store? If there are 3rd party apps on the phone, try booting into Safe Mode to see if any of those apps could be interfering with the camera function. The steps for the 626 should work for the 826: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-22682

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem. Bring it back to the store you got it from and ask for an exchange. Or contact HTC for warranty repair or replacement.
