How do you download your own ringtone?

This is for the G5s plus. When I go into settings and sounds and then ringtones, it only lists the phones ringtones. Where is the option to use my own which I already downloaded to my phone.

Welcome to the forums. You need to move those files to the 'ringtones' folder. You can use the stock file explorer (settings - storage - explore) or a third party app.
