Battery monitor on lock screen

I searched and didn't didn't find the answer. When my X is charging the battery % shows up on the screen when I push the power button.
Is there a way to put that on the power on screen when phone isn't charging?

So you want the battery percentage on the lockscreen at all times? You can download Dashclock widget. That is what I have on my X.

Thanks, I downloaded dashclock with the battery extension, now I have to figure out how to get it onto the lock screen and not a home screen. This is pretty much what I was looking for.

yep. so when I power on i can see battery % before i slide to unlock.

Any way to get it to default to the widget? Every time I open my phone it shows the default unlock screen.

*Edit: Figured it out, I should've read the instructions first. Just drag the widget to the right...pretty simple.
