What is the available space out of the box on the 16GB Moto X Pure Edition model?

I'm curios too, my note 4 is half full ( no pics or music that's on the SD card) but I know TouchWiz is huge as hell so I'm on the fence about getting a 16gb and a 32gb.

I think I seen the same video but I think it was 8GB only because he had installed his apps. So I guess around 9-10GB.
